Grace and Peace, Members and Friends of the Rehoboth Congregational Church!
I was putting Harrison down for a nap this week and found confetti in his crib. Apparently the Easter celebration is continuing at the parsonage!
Technically, it is continuing at church, as well. We are in Eastertide, which is the Easter season running from Easter Sunday until Pentecost, May 20th. During this season, we will continue to celebrate resurrection, to shine light into the darkness of the world and to proclaim the bold and powerful truth that love always wins. It is a beautiful season, one matched by the growth and new beginnings we experience outside during spring (if spring ever decides to show up this year, of course!).
So don't stop eating chocolate just yet - Easter is still upon us!
Wishing you peace, love, resurrection and leftover Cadbury Eggs,

PRAYER SHAWLS NEEDED!
Prayer Shawl Blessing: April 22, 2018
Knitters and Crocheters.... We are in need of Prayer Shawls once again. We currently only have two shawls in our blessing bin. All colors and sizes needed! See Kathy or Jane Williams for ideas and patterns if you are just starting out.
Our prayer shawl ministry reaches well beyond the walls of our church and so many have been touched by your prayers and by God's hand through this ministry. Please leave your finished shawls down in Sadie Perry room or in the Office with Kathy so they can be blessed and our healing spirit can continue to reach those in need.

Feel free to grab a coffee and a snack and join us on stage this Sunday.
